I graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2003 and have been practicing oral surgery procedures since then. Recently, I have been focusing on dental sleep medicine, specifically obstructive sleep apnea. It is a widespread problem and often goes undiagnosed. Obstructive sleep apnea is a serious medical condition, but as dentists, we can provide a dental solution with oral appliance therapy.
Dentistry is a profession that offers a wide range of services, from simple cleanings to orthognathic surgery. We can even fix jaw fractures. I love my profession because it allows me to help patients in so many ways. Patients are often appreciative of the help we offer them, and they see immediate results.
I’m originally from Milwaukee, WI, but I’ve been in the Chicago area since 2007. I’m married and have one daughter and three dogs. I enjoy taking my daughter to the park, working out, seeing music concerts, trying new restaurants, and going on long walks with my wife. Fun fact: I used to play the drums!
“If you snore a lot or feel like you stop breathing during sleep, it’s best to get a sleep test. It’s important to take care of your overall health, and oral health is just one part of it. Many signs and symptoms of other diseases are seen in the oral cavity, so we can catch things early and keep people healthy.”
